Return & Refund Policy
At StickerJet, your satisfaction with our custom products is our priority. Please read our policy carefully: due to the personalized nature of our items, all sales are generally final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a confirmed production error or defect.
No Returns
Because all our products are made-to-order and fully personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality. This includes incorrect size selection, change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or issues related to estimated delivery dates (which are not guaranteed).
Custom Item & Artwork Disclaimer
We highly recommend designing your artwork for commercial printing for best results. For all custom orders, your proof approval is crucial during the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Damages & Production Errors
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a production error, contact us right away at sales@stickerjet.com. You must report any defects within 72 hours of delivery and include a clear photo showing the concern.
If an issue is confirmed to be a production error, we'll gladly reproduce the item at no cost to you, or process a refund. We often replace unusable items without requiring them to be sent back. We may ask that the entire defective order be returned, and if so, we'll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
Refunds (for Approved Issues)
When your request for refund is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 7 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Verified errors will be refunded or reproduced within 5 business days.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
If your order hasn't shipped and is within the agreed delivery window, we reserve the right to deny cancellation if it's already in process (artwork setup or printing begun). If you still wish to cancel an in-process order, a fee for completed work may apply.
How to Start a Return (if applicable)
To begin a return for a confirmed production error or defect, please contact us at sales@stickerjet.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
